You need:
White pastry: 
138g flour
75g butter 
60g powdered
1 sml. egg 
1tsp. vanilla sugar
Brown pastry:
138g flour
25g cocoa powder
75g butter
60g powdered
1 sml. egg
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
For decoration: pearly sugar
You should know!
Cutting this pastry, it sticks to knife. You must use thin and strong thread, to cut rollers.
How to:
- Both pieces of pastry make separately.
- Put the butter into the bowl and keep till it comes soften, or put into microwave for 20sec. When put egg and powdered with vanilla sugar and mix it with mixer, till simple mass.
- Next put flour mixing pastry (when you‘ll do brown pastry, mix flour with cocoa powder). When knead pastry, till it become smooth. Make two separate balls and roll them into the food wrap. Keep it a hour into the fridge or 30min. into the freezer.
Chess:
- Make the same, little pastry pieces      from the both balls and roll out them to the same thickness and lenght rollers.      
- Put two and two the same colour      rollers and push them. When put second line: over white- brown, over brown      – white. Make four lines like that.
- Both sides push softly with      your palms, to make rollers stick.
- Cut rollers to slices and put      them on the baking-paper which have to be in the baking tray.
Spirals:
- Roll out both balls to the same      thickness and size sheets.
- Brown pastry sheet carefully move      on the white.
- Pushing softly roll sheets.
- Cut the roll with thread into      the slim slices.
- Put them on the baking-paper which      have to be in the baking tray.
- Make the same, little pastry pieces      from the both balls and roll out them to the same thickness and lenght slim      blocks.
- Put three white and four brown      blocks and push them with you palms from the both sides.
- Cut the block with thread into      the slim slices.
- Pour pearly sugar into the      plate, take one slice and immerse in it. Push softly than pearly sugar      could keep on the cookie.
- Put them on the baking-paper which      have to be in the baking tray.
Tongues:
- Roll out the remainder of the brown      pastry to the sheet.
- Cut the sheet diagonally, that      your piece of pastry look like a tongue.
- Take one piece and immerse in      the pearly sugar. Push softly than pearly sugar could keep on the cookie.
- Put them on the baking-paper which      have to be in the baking tray.
- Make the same, little pastry pieces      from the remainder of the mixed brown and white pastry.
- Roll out them to the same thickness      and lenght rollers. 
- Put them on the baking-paper which      have to be in the baking tray.
Bake cookies into the 180C temperature hot oven, for 15-20 minutes.
