Goda´s sugarcake with chocolate bits

very tasty, simply and easy to do. Bake it when you recive uninvited guests, if it´s rainy or if you just have the feeling when you must eat something sweet (believe me, I feel it very often). Raises guaranteed the mood!

What do I need?

50g butter
2 eggs
2dl sugar
1 dl milk
3 dl flour
1,5 teaspoon baking powder
200g chocolade (I took with lemon and ginger taste)
1 lemon

How to do?

grease a baking pan. Melt the butter in a sauce pan with low heat. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the melted butter and milk. Mix the flour with baking powder, chocolate bits and lemon zest. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix then gently. Pour the batter in the baking pan. Bake at 175°C  on the lower side of the oven. Let it cool before serving.

Godos cukrinis pyragas su sokolado gabaleliais

labai skanus, paprastas ir greitai paruosiamas pyragas. Iskepk, kai ateina netiketu sveciu, lyja, ar siaip, kai buna tas jausmas, kad butinai turi kazka saldaus suvalgyti (man taip buna daznai). Nuotaika garantuotai pakyles!

´Ko reikes?

50g sviesto arba margarino
2 kiausiniu
2 dl cukraus
1 dl pieno
3 dl kvietiniu miltu
1,5 saukstelio kepimo milteliu
200g juodo sokolado (as dejau su citrinu ir imbiero skoniu)
1 citrinos

Kaip daryti?

kepimo formele istepkite sviestu. Sviesta arba margarina idekite ir puoda ir islydykite nedideleja kaitroje. Isplakite kiausinius su cukrumi ir supilkite istirpdyta sviesta su pienu. Miltus sumaisykite su kepimo milteliais, gana stambiai supjaustytais sokolado gabaleliais ir citrinos zievelia. Atsargiai supilkite sausus ingredijantus i sviesto misini ir sumaisykite, kol pasidarys lygi tesla, be gumulu. Supyle i formele kepkite apie 20 minuciu, iki 175°C   ikaitintoje orkaiteje. Pyragas bus skanesnis ir slapesnis, jeigu kepsite zemesneje orkaites dalyje. Paserviruokite truputi atvesusi.
