Hey! Now you know what is that apples, so let's go to the kitchen and start cooking apple muffins! P.S. I have to say that I haven't the right number of muffin's forms, so I did a bigger servings. You'll do better!

You need: 150g butter 124g sugar 3 eggs 170g flour 1½ teasp. of baking powder 2 medial size apples 2 lemons For decoration: powdered sugar
How to:
Prepare all products.
Give a carefully wash for lemons and grate it skin.
Squeeze the lemon dry and pour it into the bowl. Peel the apple skin and cut the fruit to 5mm thickness pieces. Soak apple pieces into the lemon juice and while you'll do the pastry don't forget to stir the bowl with lemon juice and apple pieces.
Grate butter in the other bowl. Mix it with sugar.
Pour one egg into the same bowl and mix it carefully. When again. Do it with all the eggs like that. Then while mixing pour the flour mixed with baking powder and lemon skins into the bowl. Stir it till pastry become smooth.
When you''ll be done put the pastry into the baking forms. Put the apple pieces on the top, to make it well-stocked.
Pour one by one teaspoon over the remainder of the lemon juice on the apple pieces and pastry. All done!
Bake apple muffins into the 180C temperature hot oven, for about 20min.
